This is 60-minute session designed to be an assessment of your current needs and goals. It is the foundation of our work together, allowing us to build a relationship that fosters open communication and trust. I will gather information and help establish your goals for mental skills training. After your intake, I will design a mental skills training plan to implement starting with your first individual session.

These 50-minute individual sessions are aimed at implementing your mental skills training program designed from your intake. You will learn about the areas in which you want to grow and practice strategies to support progress in those areas. You are strongly encouraged to practice skills taught in sessions, in your daily life. For this reason we will also track your practice of and progress in these skills.
6 individual sessions for the price of 5!
These 50-minute sessions are great for teams and groups (friends, classmates, teammates, coaches, etc) looking to improve performance. This option is interactive and engages all participants as their comfort allows. It provides an atmosphere of familiarity and comfort so you can learn at your best.
It is also helpful for teams of any kind, as group work tends to build rapport and enhance trust.
MST group sessions are aimed at improving areas of concern as determined by your intake questionnaires.
Group packages are available when scheduling 5 or more group sessions at a time.

This is an event for large groups that requires prior communication to discuss details.. It is designed to meet the goals of your target audience, which we will discuss briefly in your free consultation and through communication leading up to the event. Presentations are inherently educational and include rare engagement from the audience. It will be helpful to discuss the setup of the room, including audio and visual access, the population in attendance, as well as the motivation behind the request. This will allow me to tailor this event to best fit your needs.
